Incredible meal start to finish. Jamon Iberico and spiced pecan was delicious combination. Had the pappardelle pasta entree that was amazing especially paired with the sommeliers Gamay recommendation. They have such a great dessert variety as well. Mahmood was a great waiter and treated us so well while we celebrated a birthday, even brought out champagne to toast! It was great to see a slightly younger crowd too, felt less stuffy than Bazins. We will definitely come back!

Ana and I took my grandmother out for dinner and the experience was lovely. Great and attentive service. Very patient with my inquisitive grandmother as well. Food was delicious. Will definitely be back.

We had such an amazing anniversary dinner at Evelyn Rose! Our server, Ryan, was so kind and helpful — his recommendations were spot on, and he even shared that the red shiso in the Flash Seared Hawaiian Kanpachi came from his grandmother’s backyard, which made the dish extra special. The owner also stopped by a few times to make sure we were having a great evening and even surprised us with champagne to celebrate. For mains, we tried both pastas (Double Egg Yolk Pappardelle and Whole Milk Ricotta Cavatelli) along with the 42-Day Dry Aged Roseda Farm Ribeye — all were delicious and cooked perfectly. We ended with the Butternut Tres Leches with duck egg ice cream, which was creamy, seasonal, and the perfect way to finish the night. Incredible food, warm service, and thoughtful touches made this one of our best dining experiences. Highly recommend!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An extraordinary evening at Evelyn Rose that rivaled some of the finest dining experiences I've enjoyed anywhere. Vienna we are lucky to have the amenity in our community! Tonight my wife and I took our adult children to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary The meal began with the Flash Seared New Zealand Elk Tartare, a stunning composition that balanced richness and restraint. The elk was impeccably fresh and delicately served, while the beef bacon jam added a deep, savory complexity. The coriander and green tomato chutney provided brightness and acidity, and the kennebec chip delivered the perfect textural contrast. Every element on the plate had purpose. The Halibut & Oishii Shrimp Ceviche was equally remarkable. The pristine seafood showcased exceptional quality, elevated by frilly mustard greens and a luxurious saffron celeriac purée that brought elegance and depth to the dish. It was refined, balanced, and beautifully executed. For entrées, the 42-Day Dry Aged Roseda Farm Ribeye was nothing short of spectacular. Expertly cooked, intensely flavorful, and showcasing the nutty, concentrated character that only proper dry-aging can achieve. This is a steak that would stand proudly in any premier steakhouse. The "Smoke in Chimneys" Rainbow Trout was a masterclass in subtlety and technique. Perfectly prepared, delicate yet flavorful, with a thoughtful composition that allowed the fish to remain the star. The Grilled Texas Wild Boar Rack was perhaps the evening's most memorable dish. Bold, rich, and beautifully balanced, it highlighted the unique character of the wild boar while remaining approachable and elegant. We came for the tasting menu with friends and family. It was absolutely amazing. The drinks were top tier. Each phase of the flight was excellent and was just enough. Their short rib, perfection. I look forward to coming back.

This restaurant is top notch for its mouthwatering food from 1st course to last course. We tried their restaurant week menu and all the dishes are amazing. Every dish is decorative and cooked to perfection. All things explained in detail. Our server Tyler is very attentive and friendly. A must try in Vienna if you’re out for a date dinner or celebrate special occasion!!!

10/10 experience. My husband took me for my birthday and everyone at Evelyn Rose made me feel so special. Eliana was an awesome server and made me laugh, as well as offered great recommendations and fast service. The food was SO. GOOD. The tamale was fantastic, the rustic potatoes are a must, the rainbow trout was cooked perfectly and the pirogies had so much flavor. Will be back!

We came to Evelyn Rose for a friend’s birthday and were blown away. The service was top-tier from the start—they even printed "Happy Birthday" on the menu, which made the night feel so special. The highlight of the meal was definitely the Kangaroo Tartare. If you’re hesitant about it being gamey, don't be! It had a perfect balance of sweetness from the caramelized onions and a distinct, smoky flavor from being torched. For the main, I had the Pan Seared Wild Petrale Sole, which was beautifully cooked and fresh. My friend loved the chicken, and we ended the night sharing a delicious dessert. Bonus: Parking was a breeze—we found a spot on the street right in front of the restaurant. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful evening for the six of us. Had early reservation at 5:00PM on a Sunday. Four of us are vegetarians and had many appertizer salads and sides that we shared family style. The Rustic Potatoes, beet salad, fried green tomatoes and baby bok choy were excellent. The Italian flash fried peppers were ok. The house made gnocchi with Murel mushrooms was wonderful with aged Parmesan and the Pesto pasta was very flavorful and they even allow you to have 1/2 portions which was great. Our friends had the rib eye and fish and both enjoyed it. There wine by the glass as wonderful options the Paso Robles Cab was five star. The cocktails were also elegant and wonderful had the mezcal, gin, and tequila cocktails. The dessert with duck ice cream was a little rich for my taste so make sure and share it with the blue berry shortcake and ice cream was better choice. The coffee was superb. Our waiter was very good and they give complimentary sparkling water added a great touch. The manager came a few times and also brought their house made hot sauce and the mild green sauce was phenomenal and we each took a bottle home($12 each). The habanero sauce was spicy and the scorpion was about the same. The bring nice fresh bread with olive oil before dinner also. The atmosphere is vibrant and mid noise level and parking was available on the street and the garage underneath. Our total came out to about $100/person as we ordered 6 entrees but two were half order, 6 appetizers and apps, 8 drinks. I will visit again in the future.

We had an amazing dining experience! The food was beautifully presented, incredibly flavorful, and truly unique. Every dish Sean recommended turned out to be absolutely delicious, and we’re so glad we trusted his suggestions. The atmosphere was elegant and welcoming, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Service was exceptional from start to finish. If you’re looking for a restaurant with outstanding food, a wonderful atmosphere, and top-notch service, this place is definitely worth visiting. Thank you, Sean, for making our evening so memorable!
